To the World Cup Nike created the “epic” football video Write The Future devoted to moments that solve everything and could change results of the football game, both career and life of the player.
design: Diem Chau
It was continued on Facebook and Twitter with a special branded application aimed to support favourite footballers who write the future just now and in the best manner.
Results marked with a hashtag #nikefuture are shown over the Johannesburg's towering Southern Life Center building, and it is a way for everybody to add some words to the Nike’s version of future. Good one, but seems, not the only one.
Those, who prefer hand drawn pictures, could enjoy and draw with Nike’s crayons turned into figures of Robinho, Rooney, Drogba and others (pic.).
Indeed, 66 crayons were made in 18 days by designer Diem Chau who wrote in her blog she slept three hours a night to finish the work by the date fixed:).
Wieden + Kennedy chose colors. Antique Brass – for Fabio Cannavaro. Silver – for Robinho. Grey – for Rooney. White – for Ronaldo and packed crayons into wooden boxes. Good thing.
